Omaela Apartments is nestled between the village and the ski slope in the hamlet of Nasserein. Omaela is located in a quiet but central location, just 50 meters from the Nassereinbahn gondola, a short walk from the restaurants and cafes of Nasserein and a few minutes walk from the village center of St. Anton am Arlberg.

Lisa and Martin Zangerl, the owners, who both grew up in the area, designed Omaela for two years and completed it in December 2020. The first guests were welcomed in summer 2021. All companies involved in the construction are from Tyrol.

Built on the side of a steep hill, the building displays modern architecture with an urban appearance, and yet it fits perfectly into the rural and mountain environment, as if it had always been there.

Surrounded by the impressive Tyrolean mountains, Omaela consists of 4 exclusive apartments with special comfort. The apartments measure from 41 to 93 square meters and can accommodate 2 to 6 people. The charming apartments each have a balcony and/or terrace and a private Finnish sauna, which offers a perfect balance to all the sporting activities that can be practiced in the region. A fully equipped kitchenette, opening onto a comfortable living room, as well as a separate bedroom area and a bathroom provide ample space. Furnished according to the motto “less is more”, the apartments have been designed with high-quality materials and products, furniture made by the local carpenter, natural colors, subtle patterns, parquet flooring and pleasant fabrics, creating real places of relaxation. The style of the apartments is modern and great attention has been paid to details; each has its own color code. Room fragrances and natural bath products come from Be My Friend in Salzburg. Each apartment has a lockable locker in the ski room – heated and ventilated, so that ski boots are dry and slightly warmed the next day.

The apartments are on the first and second floor of the building. Lisa and Martin live under the gable roof and are therefore always available for guests.

Omaela offers a breakfast service to be reserved the day before, with small breads and pastries which are hung in a jute bag on the apartment door in the morning. Coffee lovers will be delighted to have a Nespresso machine with capsules in each apartment. A five-minute walk away is the Regio-Box-Arlberg, a sort of farm shop in the form of a vending machine where local farmers sell their products such as fresh milk, eggs, jam, honey, cheese, red wine and chocolate.

Omaela is located in a car-free zone. Guests are allowed to arrive by car and park their car directly in the Omaela parking garage.
