An old farmhouse has been renovated for 2 years to become a large, modern, luxurious and comfortable country house.
The house with an area of 240 sqm, consists of 6 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 people. There are four large bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and a suite with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. There is also a living room with a fireplace and library, a dining room with a large table to eat together, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and plenty of space to relax. Outside, there is a barbecue, a pergola with a large table, and a saltwater infinity pool. All are surrounded by greenery, olive trees, fig-trees, and mulberry trees.
The interiors bathed in light of the house display soft colors, elegant furniture, natural materials such as wood, stone and linen, and a minimalist style creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedrooms have large box spring beds with plush mattress toppers. Numerous openings offer an incredible view of the magnificent nature, groves and hills up to the Monti Sibillini National Park.
Many experiences and activities are offered; private chef, breakfast service, cooking classes, pizza or pasta evenings, private wine and cheese tasting, truffle hunting, guided tours, boat trips, bike rides and electric bikes…
Your home away from home. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, the house is available for rent in its entirety during the summer months. The rest of the year, the owners run the property as bed and breakfast with breakfast included.
