The Belle Plage hotel is located opposite the beaches of the Midi, palm trees and the Mediterranean, at the foot of the Mistral square in the peaceful district of Le Suquet in Cannes on the French Riviera.

La Clé Group, which already owns the Bachaumont and National des Arts et Métiers hotels in Paris, is continuing its expansion by opening a third four-star establishment in the South of France.

The old building from the 1930s which housed a hotel was completely rebuilt and reinvented during 3 years of work, by the interior architect and designer Raphaël Navot with the complicity of the Faar Architecture studio. The project was to revive the Belle Plage with a return to authenticity on the shores of the Mediterranean, in a Cannes still preserved, that of the French Riviera. In a Mediterranean and contemporary atmosphere, the new design hotel which resembles an Art Deco building in Miami displays architecture with curves, including the undulating immaculate facade, breaking the codes of establishments on the Côte d’Azur.

The hotel offers 45 rooms with balconies and a sea or garden view. There is also a residence made up of 8 apartments including 1 penthouse. The bright rooms in blue, white and sand tones feature custom-designed furniture, natural materials such as wood, regional stone, terrazzo, and woven recycled leather for the headboards. There are also wild linen sheets, minimalist natural resin light fixtures in the shapes of pebbles and rocks, caned chairs, braided rugs and solid oak bedside tables that make the atmosphere timeless. Large windows blur the interior-exterior boundaries.

The restaurant led by the Telavivian chef Eyal Shani, offers cuisine that breathes the Mediterranean. With products from the region, he revisits the great classics of Provençal, Israeli or Lebanese cuisine.

A villa of 800 sqm located across the street is dedicated to well-being and holistic care. The villa’s gardens offer a second restaurant, The Garden, which offers a healthy menu.
