Apfelhotel Torgglerhof is located at the mouth of the Passeier Valley, in the Saltaus region, in the south Tyrol, Italy. The historic hotel, the barn, and the restaurant were renovated in 2016 by the architecture studio Noa*. In 2020, Noa* added a trio of modern buildings with 18 new rooms, a lush garden and a wellness center. Everything fits naturally into the landscape, right down to the apple-shaped sauna.
