On the Spanish island of Mallorca, the Casa Cook group will open soon a new hotel.

Located in the hinterland, half an hour’s drive from Palma, in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside, in the village of Llucmajor, surrounded by farmland, Sa Torre was an abandoned finca that will be turned into a boutique hotel.

Framed by a traditional windmill and ancient chapel, this adults-only hideaway is rich in history and Mediterranean beauty. The hotel will feature elements of the original 14th-century structure: cobbled streets, arcades, high vaulted ceilings, old local stones, and wooden shutters. Contemporary elements will bring a timeless touch.

Each room will be unique, decorated in a rustic style with modern comfort. Some will have a traditional balcony, others will offer a breathtaking view of the dense Mediterranean gardens. The Interiors will feature natural and earthy tones, which will create a stark contrast with rattan furniture, touches of leather, dark wood elements, natural materials like jute, and brass elements.

In the restaurant, meals will be shared around large common tables promoting the social interaction. The menu will include local, seasonal produce, with a farm-to-table concept. Olives and tomatoes will be picked directly from neighboring ecological farms. The large barn doors will lead to the main swimming pool and bar – the beating heart of Casa Cook Sa Torre. Common areas will include a lounge area with comfortable sofas and a library, and a wellness area with a spa and outdoor yoga studio.
