Villa Malie is located in the small town of Bale, in the western part of Istria. The villa is just 6 kilometers from the nearest beach and 15 kilometers from the beautiful coastal town of Rovinj. Istria is very famous for its countryside filled with charming vineyards and small historic villages.
Immersed in the green landscape, on a fully fenced property of 3,200 square meters, the villa is designed to guarantee total privacy and an unforgettable experience.
The wellness-focused Villa Malie is the perfect blend of tradition and modernity. With an area of 360 sqm, this luxurious villa can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa consists of four spacious bedrooms ranging from 22 sqm to 29 sqm, each with an en-suite bathroom. The spacious ground floor includes three bedrooms as well as living spaces and an idyllic wellness area. There is a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining room. The services of a talented chef are available on request. The wellness area features a Finnish sauna and a 22 sqm heated indoor swimming pool with hydromassage jets. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the countryside. The master suite is upstairs.
The interiors feature modern and stylish decor with top brands such as Poliform, Maxalto and Vitra, in addition to custom furniture and decor. The architecture is contemporary with a facade designed in local Istrian stone.
