The building has been completely renovated and transformed into a multi-functional hybrid place combining an event space and a comfortable apartment. The original architecture and ornaments have been preserved, such as parquet floors, marble, moldings, beams, fireplaces and high ceilings, giving the house a unique charm and a very special atmosphere.

Since 2017, The Collector’s House has been managed by a brother and sister duo, Arno (interior designer) and Lana (graphic designer) Scatorchia, with have several years of experience in the hotel industry. Accessible by a staircase, the apartment is located on the second floor of the building. It includes a comfortable living room, a dining area, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with rainfall shower, bathtub and natural beauty products from Likami. The rooms offer a unique view of the city, overlooking the cathedral tower. The bright apartment presents a warm atmosphere with white walls as a backdrop, combining authentic elements of the old house with contemporary and bohemian objects, vintage furniture, ethnic notes with kilim cushions, Berber rugs, and ubiquitous green plants everywhere in the space.
