Ocho Suites & Kitchen is a residence with several apartments for rent, located in the heart of the old town of Palma, between the cathedral, the La Lonja district, and 30 m from the seafront.

The building, a century-old townhouse Mediterranean style, was bought and renovated in 2019 by Swedish entrepreneur couple Maria and Johan Eklund, based in Mallorca, and also owners of the Görvälns Slott and Hufvudsta Gård hotels in Sweden.

Ocho Suites & Kitchen consists of 8 suites-apartments and a ground-floor bar-restaurant which offers a Mediterranean menu made with local produce. Each suite is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, living room, soft beds, bathroom with en-suite shower, and balcony. The 8 suites range from 46 sqm to a luxurious 115 sqm penthouse with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and stunning city views with a glimpse of the sea. Individually decorated and inspired by Swedish interior design, the suites are fresh, elegant, creative, and warm. Designer wallpaper with lush green palm leaves, glass chandeliers, feather lamps, velvet, original beams, and wooden floors convey an attractive Nordic Mediterranean fusion. A variety of carefully chosen amenities make the stay as comfortable as possible, such as high-speed wifi, air conditioning, organic toiletry kits, toiletries from c/o Gerd from Swedish Lapland, percale linens from organic cotton from Swedish Mille Notti, pillows and feather blankets from Swedish Mille Notti, bathrobes and slippers, Marshall speakers, beach bags and towels, mats and yoga blocks. There is also a free bicycle rental service for exploring Palma via the cycle path.
