Noa by the Beach is a vacation rental house located in Little Cove, just few minutes from the beach, between Noosa National Park and Little Cove Beach, approximately 85 miles (136 km) north of Brisbane, Australia.

Built in the 1980s and fully renovated in 2021 by its owners based in Singapore, Noa by the Beach is a contemporary house that can accommodate up to 12 guests. Spread over three levels, the house consists of an open-plan living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a multimedia room, 6 bedrooms including 8 beds, 4 bathrooms (some with a walk-in shower, others with a free-standing bathtub, all garnished with Australian made natural body & hair products from Leif), and a laundry room. There is also a garden, a swimming pool below, an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, a fully covered terrace lined with lush trees, a dining area, a summer kitchen with a barbecue and outdoor heating, and parking for cars. The house has been thoughtfully designed, in collaboration with the local building designer Georgina Price and the interior designer and stylist, Belinda Ward, in order to create the perfect getaway. The house blends Noosa’s revered coastal lifestyle with a sophisticated, yet relaxed barefoot luxury. Large sliding glass doors open up the house, bringing in natural light to each level, and circulating the air throughout the house while retaining privacy. Interiors feature smooth concrete floors, white walls, wooden beams, and black aluminium window frames, combined with a neutral palette and natural textures, creating a sense of serenity. Each room is designed with a unique vibe but breathing the same coastal vibe that runs throughout the house. There are soft natural colors, high-end bedding, linen sheets, coastal design elements like seashells, natural fibers, wooden elements and driftwood.

Noa by the Beach is a perfect home away from home, to disconnect and get back to basics, and enjoy with family or friends.
