Lapa III is a holiday apartment for rent located in the Lapa area just next to Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga of Lisbon.
With a surface area of 50 sqm, the apartment, nestled on the second floor of a typical building without lift, can accommodate up to 4 people. Renovated in 2020, the apartment was designed in collaboration with Lisbon-based interior designer Kim Rebourg.
The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable convertible sofa bed, a fully equipped modern white kitchen, a dining area with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a premium queen-size bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and all the amenities you need. Designed in a bohemian spirit, the apartment features minimalist, modern and bright interiors. The floors are covered with wooden parquet, combined with white walls and ceilings, as well as interior wooden shutters. There are some designer furniture and accessories from the Dutch brand HK Living, textured rugs and cushions, modern lighting fixtures, brass accents, natural fiber pendant lights, a wooden table, velvet designer chairs, frames with contemporary posters, ceramic tableware, high-end bed linen, a white linen sofa, a plexiglass side table, a faux fur armchair, mirrors, decorative vases, dried flowers, lifestyle magazines, luxury Meraki products, and a few green plants scattered all over the space. The apartment is comfortable, and the atmosphere is warm. The apartment has air conditioning, high-speed wifi, and a Nespresso coffee machine. It is equipped with the latest door opening technology by smartphone, in order to be completely independent and to access it at any time of the day. There is free street parking nearby.
