Forest View is a house for rent, located above the village of Zia on a mountain, one of the prettiest villages on the island of Kos in Greece. The house is nestled at the beginning of the forest, near the path that leads to the top of the mountain, and very close to the traditional natural park of Zia. The house is accessible by a steep dirt road.

Completed in 2019, the house of Stelios can accommodate up to 4 people. Spread over two levels, the Forest View house consists of a living space with a spacious living room, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, a dining area with a large dining table, opening onto a terrace. The furnished terrace has a jacuzzi with a breathtaking panoramic view and the best sunset. There are also 2 bedrooms, one on the lower level. The bedrooms have plenty of storage space, and their own bathroom with a rain shower. The bathrooms are equipped with fluffy towels, bathrobes, hair dryers, and toiletries. The bedrooms also open onto a terrace. The house is built with a contemporary cubic-style structure and with a flat roof. The interiors are decorated in a Cycladic Mediterranean style, with carefully selected modern furnishings and accessories, and lovely details. Shades of grays, whites, and beige combine with natural textures such as sisal rugs, luminous fiber pendant lights, and wooden furniture, making the atmosphere warm and relaxed. Many openings let in natural light, making the spaces very bright. The house is equipped with air conditioning and wifi. Tap water comes from a natural mountain spring which is drinkable. Aromatic herbs that grow in the garden are available to guests.
