Dune is a large vacation house with contemporary architecture, nestled just a few meters from the beach.

Dune is a vacation rental house located just behind a sand dune, 50 meters from the sea, in Capbreton, on the Atlantic coast in the South West of France.
The house is owned by Xavier (professional snowboarder 7x world champion) and Beanie (marketing and production in the action sports industry) from France and Scotland, and living in Switzerland. Traveling a lot for work, the house is therefore often uninhabited. Completed in 2018, the house is a design and cubic construction clad in wood, facing West, which spans on 190 m2 and 4 levels, and which can accommodate up to 10 people. The house consists of an open-plan living space with: a living room with huge double-height ceilings and big windows overlooking the dune, a wood stove, a dining area with a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also 5 bedrooms (three bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds) and 3 bathrooms with rainfall shower and bathtub. Outside, there is a wooden terrace with a dining table, a shaded lounge area with comfortable banquettes, a garden, a swimming pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The house has a roof terrace, ideal for having an aperitif and admiring the magnificent sunsets. In the light-flooded interiors, each space has been designed with care, with attention to detail, and being as comfortable as possible. The decoration is sober and warm. There is no air conditioning as it is a sustainable construction and the owners are environmentally conscious. The house is extremely well insulated in order to stay cool in summer and warm in winter and maintain a pleasant temperature. Two bicycles are available to guests, and other bicycles can be rented at the neighboring campsite. There is direct access to the beach, the perfect spot to enjoy the waves.
Dune is the ideal place to spend a quiet holiday on the Landes coast, with family or with friends.
