Completely renovated and refurbished in 2020, the 70 m2 apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Casasuul consists of a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a rainfall shower and bath products. Modern and carefully designed, with special attention to details and simplicity, the apartment’s main objective is to create an atmosphere that could capture the Portugal south allure. The apartment features smooth concrete floors, white walls, and ceilings, a large concrete bench seat with comfy cushions in the living room, textured cushions, natural fiber baskets, marble TV cabinet, locally made ceramic tableware, vases filled with dried flowers, frames with modern posters, high-quality linens and bedding, accessories and designer objects, and many plants. The use of natural materials like wood and sisal rugs reinforces the feeling of timeless space and ancestry, surpassing calm and beauty. The shower is also clad in smooth concrete, and fitted with a marble washbasin cabinet and fluffy towels. The apartment is bathed in natural light facing the beach, especially thanks to the many large windows. The atmosphere is calm and warm. The apartment is perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. The car is not essential as there is everything nearby, including access to the beach a few minutes walk away. Casasuul is located 5 minutes walk from the center of Alvor and the riverside, 4 km from Portimão, and 14 km from Lagos.
