Caba Riad is a vacation rental house located 1 km from Cabarita Beach, in the town of Bogangar, New South Wales, Australia.

Caba Riad is the house of Jess and Joey, which has been renovated and modernized in 2020. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The house consists of two levels, an open living space with a living room, a fitted kitchen with a central island unit, a dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with a rainfall shower, and a bathtub overlooking the trees. There is also an outdoor area, a covered terrace with a dining area, a garden with a vegetable patch, a beautiful swimming pool (treated with magnesium and Dead Sea minerals), an outdoor shower for cooling off, a fireplace to gather, and access down to the creek in the backyard. The exterior of the house is clad in white painted wood siding echoing the classic Hamptons style, while the interiors display a cool Moroccan vibe, inspired by Marrakech riads. The spaces are perfectly designed, in light and neutral tones, with white walls and ceilings, smooth concrete floors, parquet, and mineral tiling. Carefully selected furniture and accessories offer a warm and relaxed atmosphere: integrated sofa bench, sisal and Moroccan pattern carpets, textured cushions, natural fiber suspensions, cacti and a lot of green plants, dried flowers, ceramic vases, rattan armchairs, gold chrome taps, linen bed linen, high-end bedding, touches of wood, floor to ceiling linen curtains, mirrors … Each room have its own decoration. Many openings allow a lot of natural light to enter the whole house, but also blur the lines between inside and the dreamy outdoor living spaces. Caba Riad is an eco-friendly house using solar panels, a partial rainwater tank, and natural cleaning products. The house backs onto a nature reserve, with lots of beautiful birds and wildlife. There are many walking trails nearby and access to Lake Cudgen where you can paddleboard out and watch the sunset.
