Amodara is a property of two-holiday houses for rent individually or together, located in the peaceful area of Agia Prokopious, in the western part of the island of Naxos.
Nikos and Katerina are the owners who designed the two houses in 2019 on their land, a huge vineyard filled with fig trees and an organic garden. Perfectly integrated into the natural environment, the two houses, named Villa Bianca and Villa Pietra, with an area of 100 sqm each, can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children (12 adults and 4 children in total). Spread over two levels, the villas consist of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a walk-in shower on the main floor, and a bedroom upstairs with an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms on the main floor each have two convertible sofas for children. All bedrooms open onto a terrace with stunning sea views. The living space is outside, with a 70 sqm pergola, an open kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances, a dining area, a comfortable lounge, an outdoor shower, and a magnificent swimming pool with integrated sun loungers. There is also a beautiful garden, filled with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants. The villas are designed based on traditional Cycladic and Naxian architecture, with whitewashed walls, natural stone, aged wood, exposed beams, and bold geometric shapes giving way to soft curves and high vaults. Elegantly designed with great attention to detail, the interiors feature a modern, minimalist style, with a neutral color palette, exuding a unique Cycladic charm. Amenities include air conditioning, wifi, luxury toiletries, premium cotton bed linen, beach towels, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The two villas are adjacent and can also be interconnected to accommodate larger groups.
