Yours is located in the center of Valencia, in the vibrant neighborhood of Ruzafa, at 19 Calle Cuba. Valencia is a city where you can get around by bike and reach the historic center, the sea or the park in less than half an hour.

Formerly a laundry with an original 19th-century facade, the abandoned building acquired by Daphne Kniest and Wouter Kock, the owners from the Netherlands, has been renovated and transformed in collaboration with local companies. The architect Irene Soriano of Eseiesa is a neighbor. Juanjo Picó and Jorge Soriano took care of the interior decoration to form a complete team.
Opened in July 2021, the hotel motto is “An experience that lasts longer than your stay”, with the objective of taking care of the guest, valuing local products and details.

Yours consists of 12 accommodations divided into 5 categories, ranging from the standard 25m2 double room to the 50m2 duplex penthouse apartment. All are decorated in a modern, clean and minimalist style and with attention to detail, and a peaceful, calming and sophisticated feel. With plenty of space to relax, all have a spacious private bathroom. Some have a small balcony or private terrace to enjoy the last rays of sunshine, an additional lounge area, a desk, a fully equipped kitchen and many amenities, to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Yours accommodation invites you to relax after a day of exploring the city.

The hotel has a coffee-bar area where breakfast is served with a carefully picked selection of freshly baked artisanal bread, local sweets and fresh market fruits, classic Spanish tostada con tomato, açaí bowls with yogurt and granola, and roasted coffee in Valencia, for all tastes.A peaceful patio with a furnished terrace and a swimming pool is the ideal place to relax and disconnect.
