White Pebble Suites is a new luxury suite complex enjoying a privileged location on the beachfront in the village of Pollonia, a charming seaside resort northeast of Milos.

Opened in June 2021, the adults-only hotel was imagined by three Greek-Australian women and designed in collaboration with Athens-based architectural firm KKMK – Karagianni Karamali Architects.

The property features Cycladic curves inspired by the topography of the island, while combining contemporary architectural design with sleek minimalism. The building’s shell was designed like a rock that has been smoothened by water and wind. In harmony with the surrounding the walls were covered in white plaster, a typical technique in local traditional architecture. The intense sunlight falling on the curved white walls provides a play of light and shadow throughout the day.

White Pebble Suites accommodates 12 sunny suites divided into three categories that reflect their size, orientation, and amenities. Suites feature flowing interiors, soft curves, and a pale color palette. Local materials like polished cement, marble and wood pay tribute to the timeless architecture of the Greek islands. Designer details add a distinctly modern edge, such as pebble-shaped sinks, custom-designed coffee tables, Tine K Home furniture, designer lighting, bamboo and wicker accessories, ceramics, and earth-toned textiles. Some suites have heated hot tubs, large terraces, comfortable sofa beds, or panoramic sea views. A Greek-inspired breakfast is served in your room to be enjoyed on the terrace facing the sea.

Blending into the rolling rock formations, the saltwater swimming pool nestled in the center of the hotel is like an extension of the sparkling sea – a horizon of infinite possibilities. The hotel has a wellness area offering treatments made with the full range of Olive Era products, based on organic Greek olive oil from the island of Crete.
