Plácido y Grata is located in the historic center of Seville. An old three-storey house in ruins has been completely redesigned and renovated by the Barcelona-based studio Your Living Space Atelier. The hotel consists of 15 rooms decorated with contemporary and vintage Scandinavian pieces. There is also a large and bright interior patio, a cafe, a cocktail bar, a boutique, a meeting room, and a rooftop terrace with a small swimming pool.
