Parilio: Hotel in Paros

Overlooking the bay of Naoussa, the Parilio hotel is an ode to contemporary Greek design inspired by island life and mediterranean sunlight.

Book Parilio

The most stunning design hotel in Paros

In the north of the island, Parilio hotel opened its doors in 2019 on Kolympithres beach.

Parilio = Paros + Ilios (sun in Greek). Kalia and Antonis Eliopoulos, also owners of the Istoria hotel on the island of Santorini, once again called upon the Athens-based Interior Design Laboratorium for this project to create a slow life experience. The pre-existing property consisted of 55 rooms distributed across 6 buildings designed in the 80s on a 7-acre site.

The hotel’s new design incorporates modern architecture, with a white façade and clean lines, inspired by the traditional houses on Paros, the sea, and the rugged landscape. The hotel’s design incorporates arches, concrete columns, terracotta floors, local marble, wood, ceramics and natural fabrics, harmoniously combining old and new elements.

The new building now contains 33 minimalist suites with views, divided into 4 categories (Aurora, Halo, Uranus and Sun, some of which have a terrace, lounge, jacuzzi, and private pool). The rooms are furnished with custom-made furniture, Italian Toscot lighting, 101 Copenhagen bedside tables, LRNCE rugs over the headboards, and an earthy color palette composed of neutral tones of white, grey, ochre, ivory and sienna.

The hotel’s restaurant, Mr E, run by chef Alex Tsiotinis, offers contemporary Greek cuisine. The hotel has a bar, a large cross-shaped swimming pool flanked by two large rocks, a terrace with sun beds and yellow umbrellas, an Asian-inspired spa and a fitness room.

Parillio offers you an original experience, in a design destination with good vibes only.
