Palm Heights offers 52 spacious suites, each providing breathtaking ocean views. The interiors, designed with meticulous attention to detail, feature luxurious bedding, marble bathrooms, and high-end amenities such as Chemex coffee makers and Apple TVs. The decor blends vintage pieces with contemporary touches, creating a warm and refined ambiance. It is in the flea markets of Paris, Los Angeles and Mexico that the creative designer Gabriella Khalil has unearthed furniture and unique design objects to decorate the property.

The flagship restaurant, Tillies, located on the beach, offers cuisine inspired by the Greater Antilles, highlighting local produce from Grand Cayman.
