Located in Marmari, on the seafront on the northern coast of the Greek island of Kos, OKU is a new generation hotel complex with a relaxed and slowlife mood to it.

Formerly known as Casa Cook Kos, launched by Thomas Cook in the summer of 2017, this hotel for adults continues to grow with a new owner (Lmey Investissement) and a new brand image. The hotel was designed in collaboration with the architectural studios Lams & Lions and Mastrominas, and Annabell Kutucu for the interior design. OKU Kos resembles a traditional Greek village with one- and two-storey lime-coated cubist houses arranged around Mediterranean gardens and patios.

The hotel includes 100 rooms, divided into five categories: standard, bungalow, rooftop terrace, suite with a shared pool, suite with private pool, and three villas, all of which are equipped with a terrace. The rooms with their bohemian spirit display a palette of warm off whites and ochre. They are furnished with waxed concrete floors, benches, desks, wooden closet doors, wooden hangers, carpets, natural fiber baskets, designer furniture, mixing traditional, minimalist, and contemporary style. The bathrooms are equipped with rain showers and Meraki toiletries.

Breakfast is served as a huge buffet. The restaurant with its open kitchen serves revisited traditional dishes, using local products from the surrounding farms. The hotel has a Beach Club, a swimming pool surrounded by a wooden terrace filled with soft sunbathing and hammocks. The spa and wellness area includes an indoor swimming pool, treatment rooms, a sauna, a hammam, and a fitness room. The concept store allows you to acquire some of the decorative elements that can be found in the hotel.
