Lou Pinet

Lou Pinet: Hotel in Saint Tropez

Maisons Pariente presents Lou Pinet, an intimate hotel inspired by a 60's-inspired Saint-Tropez

Book Lou Pinet

A Slow life escape with vintage chic style

In Saint Tropez, not far from the Place des Lices, the new Lou Pinet hotel, from the Maisons Pariente hotel collection, opened its doors in the summer of 2019.

Formerly known as the Benkirai hotel, it was completely transformed after eight months of remodeling into a refined and intimate hotel designed to resemble a family home. The Pariente family (creator of the brand Naf-Naf) collaborated with Charles Zana for the interior design, François Vieillecroze for the architecture, and Jean Mus for the landscaping, in order to make the Lou Pinet hotel as authentic as possible. Lou Pinet harmonizes generous spaces with an abundant amount of sunlight from the South. The decor is accentuated by numerous antique pieces from the sixties, in a chic vintage vibe.

The hotel offers 34 rooms, spread out over three houses, all of which are very luminous, have a terrace or garden, and come with their own set of keys. Each room has its own distinct decoration; terracotta floor tiles, light-colored wood doors, tapestry headboards with abstract color motifs, glazed ceramics and rope lamps, wickerwork furniture, braided straw lighting fixtures, pottery from Vallauris, and glassware from Biot. Such a mix of textures and materials are the ingredients for a soft, sunny atmosphere.

The hotel also has a restaurant, the Beefbar created by Riccardo Giraudi, offering exceptional steakhouse dishes. A sparkling blue swimming pool, an overhanging terrace, and an outdoor bar are located in the middle of the property, surrounded by lush green gardens, a lavender field, an aromatic vegetable garden and umbrella pines. At the foot of the garden, you’ll find the spa housed in a secret grotto. The hotel also offers yoga classes and a fitness room.

Lou Pinet is like staying at a friend’s place, a slow life refuge inspired by the Tropezian spirit of the 60s.
