Les Petites Maisons is a guesthouse nestled in the South of Corsica, near Porto-Vecchio, in the small village of Sotta.

Its owners, Marie-Laure and Jean-Claude fell under this property’s charm with a view of the Cagna and Ospedale mountains.

In 2018 they added on to their existing stone home, 4 small independent lodgings in this quaint and charming location. The houses are dispersed throughout several areas on the property in the middle of Corsica’s lush and dense vegetation. Each house, approximately 30 sqm in size, is built with a rustic style vibe inspired by Corsican shepherd’s huts with stones from the nearby quarry.

Each of the houses has its own individual identity with a cosy and intimate atmosphere; house “one” is decorated in yellow and black tones, “two” in beige tones, “three” in green tones and “four” is inspired by accents from Morocco. The superior room “five”, newly added in 2024, has a terracotta ambiance and has a private swimming pool.

The interiors are decorated with contemporary furniture, blending materials and textures like wood, metal, glass, rope and wicker. The houses have a lounge area, a small desk, and an open bathroom with an Italian shower and a double sink. Suite 4 also has a freestanding bathtub next to a spacious bath window where you can enjoy the view of nature as you bathe. All the houses have a wooden terrace with garden furniture and hanging basket lights, with a panoramic view of the garden and the surrounding mountainous landscape.

Every morning, an organic-made breakfast can be served right in your room or outside on the private patio. Below the property, you will find a heated swimming pool surrounded by a sun deck for all guests.
