The Martin Boutique Hôtel is located back from Cul-de-Sac Bay, on the island of Saint-Martin, in the French West Indies.
Le Martin is a discreet vacation spot, far from the beaten track. Hidden at the bottom of the Bay, surrounded by greenery, it offers a breathtaking view of the blue as far as the eye can see and of the 3 Ilets: Petite Clé, Ilet Pinel and Tintamarre.
The hotel was dreamed of, imagined and designed by Marion and Emmanuel, the owners. Le Martin is a place of enthusiasts and passions where those of travel, architecture, design, gastronomy, the art of hosting and the discovery of new experiences naturally combine. It is a place of life, meetings, exchanges and moments suspended outside of time, created for travelers looking for a unique and enriching experience.
The hotel consists of 6 rooms and suites facing the sea for a total change of scenery. All different, the rooms display a minimalist style, a hushed, cosy, chic and sober atmosphere, where each object found or diverted, where each open book, each hanging painting, and each subtle perfume, makes sense. The use of natural materials such as wood, walnut, terrazzo, stone and marble make the spaces warm. Each of these 6 shelters was named after the names of the owner’s grandparents. The rooms all have an outdoor space, with a balcony, terrace or garden. Bathrooms feature walk-in rain showers, Grown Alchemist bath products and embroidered honeycomb bathrobes. The many details and attention create a feeling of a large family home.
The first culinary experience of the day is an entirely homemade breakfast with puffy cakes, revisited waffles, and healthy toast.
To cool off, the hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and the ocean nearby for practicing water activities in a heavenly setting. Kayaks, paddles and diving equipment are available free of charge.
