Doisy Etoile: Hotel in Paris
The Doisy hotel, like an oasis, is a fashionable accented by nature, ideal for relaxing and just letting go.
A trendy oasis in the heart of Paris
Located on Avenue des Ternes in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, the Doisy Etoile hotel has reopened its doors with a brand new look.
Nestled in a paved passage away from bustling crowds of Paris, the hotel was transformed after several months of renovation by interior architects Raphaëlle Levet and Bénédicte Pierens from BR Interior Design Agency. The decor will take you on a faraway journey. The hotel conveys a 1930’s tropical Art Deco Miami style, an uncommon sight in Paris yet at the same time sophisticated, cosy, and modern. A subtle blend of styles, materials and colours, lightly combined to create a soft, fresh and all around warm atmosphere.
The hotel has 33 rooms spread over six floors built around an ancient staircase, and some rooms even have a view over the Paris rooftops. The unique and elegant rooms, in soft curry terracotta pink colours, are furnished with rattan headboards designed by Inès Lucas and manufactured by Maison Drucker, brass lighting fixtures, marble tables, Hübsch rattan chairs, Ferm Living fixtures, golden Archal wall shelving as nightstands, Codimat graphic carpets, and ever-present bamboo and cane accents. The curtains, bed linens, and throws in washed linen radiate warmth and light. Mauritius, Pampa, and Jungle wallpapers with evocative tropical names and plants create an exotic getaway. The bathrooms are white with black overtones and are equipped with Bonne Nouvelle toiletries.
Like a hanging garden, the Oasis offers a dining area, a bar, a lounge, and a library bathed in light to enjoy your breakfast or take a break from the hustle and bustle of the capital.
