Cowley Manor Experimental: Hotel in Cheltenham
With its bold blend of design and hospitality, Cowley Manor Experimental is an invitation to explore the English countryside.
The place is said to have inspired Lewis Carroll for “Alice in Wonderland”
Cowley Manor Experimental is located in the enchanting Cotswolds, approximately 2.5 hours from London. After six months of intensive work, the mansion is beginning a new life, with a new interior decoration created by designer Dorothée Meilichzon for the Experimental hotel group. The hotel has 36 rooms, complemented by a restaurant, a cocktail bar, a library, numerous lounges and a wellness area with two swimming pools. Rooms feature four-poster beds, maple wood, verdigris hues, sophisticated rattan furniture, mixed with bright colors and glossy lacquer. The revisited shapes immerse the visitor in an atmosphere that is both playful and soothing.
