Coco: Hotel in Copenhagen
Coco, the new design hotel located in the cool Vesterbro district of Copenhagen.
Comfortable, simple, and affordable
Located in the heart of the hip Vesterbro district, The Coco hotel is a Copenhagen’s new contemporary hotel.
The hotel is owned by the Danish restaurant chain Cofoco (Copenhagen Food Collective). The itself hotel is particularly self-sustainable, as the original building has undergone a complete renovation in collaboration with Ja-Ja Architects, Tonen Agency, and Københavns Møbelsnedkeri.
Opened in the fall of 2019, the hotel offers 90 bright and welcoming rooms, spread over 5 floors in eight different room categories. Some rooms offer views of the private, green backyard, while others overlook the iconic Vesterbrogade. Each room is decorated differently, in a minimalist Scandinavian style mixed with French Mediterranean touches, with individual details to give the rooms more authentic personalities and appearance. Rooms are furnished with a seating area, desk, copy of Oak Journal and carefully selected artwork. They are the perfect combination of style, relaxation, and luxury. The bathrooms are bright and feature either a shower or bathtub. The hotel is filled with fresh contrasts in colors, materials, and patterns.
On the first floor of the hotel, the Café Coco, which has direct access to the lush courtyard is open to all throughout the day, and serves breakfast, coffee, light lunches, snacks and wine; most of which are organic. The hotel and café are self-sufficient and covered by sustainable energy from the Cofoco solar park in Nees, in the northwestern part of Jutland.
Spacious and modern, the Coco hotel is an ideal spot to stay and visit the Danish capital.
