Casa Santini x Roc Seven is ideally located in the heart of the bay of Porto-Vecchio, close to the marina and the citadel.
Inaugurated in spring 2023, the Casa Santini x Roc Seven**** hotel celebrates its first candle this year, on the occasion of its reopening on April 27, 2024.. Casa Santini x Roc Seven is a family hotel, offering a unique setting to meet up with family or friends.
Véronique Vidoni, co-founder of Maison Fahrenheit Seven, signs the interior design of the rooms and common areas. A variation of khaki and pink tones enhances the premises, in a palette of warm tones which plays the link between the sea and the summer garden. The whole thing creates a subtle and refined oasis, which always relies on noble materials such as Suar wood, travertine stone, and date palm weavings… In the rooms, the touches of color match the whiteness walls. There are Berber-inspired rugs, fabrics in linen tones, terracotta and rattan sconces and a series of solid wood furniture. With or without a terrace, all the rooms offer a unique and authentic setting with a view of the bay of Porto-Vecchio. The hotel offers nine interconnecting rooms allowing you to spend time with family or friends in complete privacy.
Facing the sea, the restaurant gives pride of place to natural tones, with a soothing and refined atmosphere, characteristic of Mediterranean beach houses. The menu navigates between Italian, Spanish and Corsican inspirations, with a touch of modernity to gently surprise the taste buds. The cuisine highlights seafood, with whole fish to be enjoyed grilled in the oven.
In 2025, a phase of work will complete the project, in particular with the creation of a swimming pool facing the sea, and the wish to obtain a fifth star.
