Casa Cook Rhodes is the first hotel under the Casa Cook brand, offering a unique experience for the modern traveler.

A trendy bohemian concept

Located on the North East coast of Rhodes island, in the small town of Kolymbia, just a few steps from the beach, the Casa Cook Rhodes hotel for adult-only, is a new hospitality concept aimed at a “lifestyle” category of travelers.

Opened in 2016, Casa Cook Rhodes was designed in collaboration with the local architect Vana Pernari, the Berlin studio Lambs & Lions, and the interior designer Annabell Kutucu. The hotel’s design combines open architecture with a warm, nomadic Mediterranean style. The ensemble of low white buildings creates a contemporary contrast to the rugged hillside rising 200 meters behind the hotel.

Casa Cook Rhodes consists of 97 comfortable rooms with a relaxed bohemian mood, divided into five categories. The interiors are minimalist and feature neutral and earthy tones, smoothed concrete, wicker baskets, natural fiber patterned cushions and pendant lights, handcrafted objects, raw wood furniture, woven straw poufs, and retro yarn chairs. The bathrooms are open plan. All rooms have a terrace with a private swimming pool and deckchairs that invite you to relax and unwind on the water’s edge.

The core common areas form the social hub of the hotel, with an array of lounge areas, an open-air bar with hanging hammocks, a restaurant, and a central swimming pool, inviting guests to gather around. Taking inspiration from the local tradition of sharing and gathering, the Kitchen Club restaurant serves healthy Mediterranean cuisine using fresh and high-quality products mostly sourced from the island’s local farms. The hotel offers a concept store, a well-equipped gym with private trainers, as well as regular yoga classes at the adjoining open-air terrace.
