Ideally located at 1,550 meters above sea level in one of Italy’s most sought-after alpine destinations, this adults-only hotel will offer an exclusive winter and summer mountain retreat, combining understated luxury with authentic alpine charm.
The property will occupy the former Hotel Milano, now owned by JP Hospitality. Launched by Thomas Cook in 2016, the Casa Cook brand, now part of the Fosun group, will entrust the management of this new destination to the prestigious Treasurests Hospitality Group.
Casa Cook Madonna’s interiors will feature a subtle design inspired by nature. Warm and refined, the interiors will highlight earthy tones and natural materials such as wood, marble, and concrete. This harmonious design, blending timeless and contemporary elements, will draw inspiration from the surrounding beauty of the Dolomites. Local craftsmanship and a strong sense of place will enhance this immersive experience, where comfort and serenity are paramount.
With just 50 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, the hotel will combine contemporary elegance with the nostalgic charm of Italian alpine villages. Each space will be crafted to provide a peaceful retreat for adventurers during both winter and summer seasons.
Gastronomy will be a highlight, with a fine dining restaurant led by renowned three-Michelin-starred chef Jacob Jan Boerma. The menu will celebrate the authentic flavors of Italian alpine cuisine, creatively reimagined. Guests will also enjoy a spectacular panoramic terrace with breathtaking views of the Slalom World Cup slopes.
