In the heart of Warsaw, in the trendy district of Śródmieście, Autor Rooms is much more than a place to stay, it was originally a 200 sqm apartment on the 3rd floor in an Art Nouveau building dating back to 1913.

It has since been renovated into a unique place to stay by Mamastudio, an independent design studio, which collaborated with many local creative talents (decorators, graphic designers, artists…). Polish design and know-how are brought to light, mixing the charm of traditional (original stucco, crown moldings and parquet flooring have all been preserved) and modern.

Autor Rooms offers 4 different rooms, each one with its own minimalist style and meticulously decorated with attention to detail. The elegant rooms are furnished with an eclectic mix of vintage and contemporary local Polish pieces such as : furniture designed by Comforty and Paged Collection, glassware and mirrors made by Maria Jeglińska, wall paintings selected by Marika Zamojska who runs the Starter Gallery, marble tables and warm blankets made by Beza Projekt, leather key rings designed by Balagan, Purpura decorative tiles, bathroom robes designed by fashion studio ZuoCorp, as well as Yope toiletries. Eccentric lighting fixtures and curvilinear furniture create a futuristic overall mood.

A personalized breakfast made from local ingredients is served each morning at the large common table in the dining room.

The lounge area, the spacious terrace, and the kitchen are places to share and converse with others. There is also a library, a video projector and a vinyl stereo turntable system.
